The Company
Our client is an established market leader within the Building, Construction and Industrial Services Industry. Their highly ethical and professional approach are one of the many reasons they have experienced such strong growth and expansion in Australia and are now looking to continue their long-term expansion plans by engaging the services of a skilled Account Manager.
The Opportunity
Your role will be to manage and expand an existing client portfolio as well as identify potential new business opportunities leading to close. You will target councils, local/state/federal government, civil construction, building/construction, mining, road maintenance and commercial markets and offer a complete solution in the most effective and mutually beneficial way feasible. Sales cycles will vary and will depend on the application, size of project and the site.
You
A proven background in sales (on the road) in any building &/or construction industry.
Experience selling into end-users.
The ability to develop simple-to-complex solutions.
Enthusiastic and motivated to succeed and help others.
A fast learner and target orientated.
The Rewards
For the successful candidate they are offering ????? ????? salary package which will include a base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super + Car. Full training will also be provided on all aspects of the role as well as hands-on training. Also, further career advancement opportunities will also be available.
