In this role you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store which will include but are not limited to:
- Achieving sales
- Setting targets
- Training staff
- Preparing rosters
- Stock control management
- In store visual merchandising
Successful candidates will be those who have demonstrated the following:
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience (pref. fashion/Jewellery/Giftware/Homewares)
- The ability to lead and coach a team to success
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Meeting and exceeding set budgets
