Internal Communications Officer (Temporary up to 12 months)

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement internal communications for the organisation.
The objectives are to:
- Inform and engage employees in a language that is easily understood.
- Clearly articulate the organisation's strategic priorities.
- The message, the channel and timing meets the needs of the audience.
- Ensure internal and external communications are aligned.
- Contact is maintained at regular times to ensure that the work force will be willing to pull together during ????? ?????.
