Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and producing group wide communication material to support the internal communications strategy through a combination of channels including, intranet, emails and newsletters.
This national role will enable you to demonstrate your ability to implement change programs such as the office relocation, communication of new processes and systems as well as ongoing responsibility for the intranet. You will have demonstrated experience in developing strong relationships across the business to ensure effective delivery of internal communication tactics and material to build employee understanding of the organisation and thereby increase engagement.
To succeed in this role you will have appropriate tertiary qualifications and a demonstrated track record of internal communications experience gained within a corporate environment. You will have superior writing skills, and a confident and professional presentation style. Your expert understanding of message consistency, experience in on-line delivery and working on a number of projects at one time will be highly regarded.
