This highly successful ASX listed company offers a unique opportunity to work within a team which facilitates effective and innovative communication to its employees.
Reporting to the Head of Communication for this division your brief is to develop and implement effective and innovative social media campaigns to the division and group wide. Your expertise and knowledge in communications using wikis, blogs, pod casts, face to face, online articles and of course the intranet will be extremely beneficial as you push the boundaries of what can be done to engage employees to ensure these tools are effective, trusted and actively used as the main communication channels for the business.
Working closely with the director of the division and senior executives your ability to think outside the box and try fresh ideas will be welcomed together with an ability to persuade and influence others to try something different in order to influence cultural change.
You will be a strong writer who will be required to initiate, source, write and publish articles, blog posts, wiki entries as well as creating podcasts and videos to support their “infotainment” communications strategy.
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, tenacious and have a background in communications with a strong focus on online and digital culture and technologies. Your excellent written skills, strong project management skills and the ability to influence will enable you to manage internally with great effect.
