Reporting to the Head of Communications you will be responsible for media relations for the division and proactively identify opportunities to position the business as thought leaders and build their profile. The role also requires a strong focus on preparing communication materials including media releases, briefing documents, articles/commentary and Q&A’s.

You will interface with the finance and trade media and develop strong relationships with senior management to provide strategic advice to identify and leverage content to generate media interest.

You will have a proven record of success in media relations ideally with a publicly listed company or PR consultancy in a corporate and finance team. Your superior oral and written communication skills will enable you to manage internal and external stakeholders.
