Our client is an ASX company, consistently ranking high as a sought after employer of choice.

An opportunity has arisen to join their communications team to develop and implement an integrated communication campaign to promote the desired leadership position of the company externally and to engage its employees, particularly around the business strategy and brands.

Utilising a variety of communication channels, such as the intranet, regular newsletters, presentations and various collateral as well as face to face briefings, you will develop creative ideas to keep staff informed and gain their engagement. You will also have experience liaising with media and the ability to identify any external issues which may influence our employees’ interaction with customers and to provide them with the tools to respond to customer enquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned communications professional, with an understanding of delivering ????? ????? communication project. Ideally you will have some experience in external communications in preparing ????? ????? and working with the media. You will also be a confident communicator, have a passion for creating staff engagement programs and have creative flair. The role also requires someone with the ability to quickly establish good working relationships with senior managers, and juggle multiple projects effectively at the same time.
