Government Relations Specialist
Social Policy and Research Program Parramatta (close to public transport)
6 month maternity leave position
21-28 hours per week (flexible)
Parramatta - 21 - 28 hours per week (flexible) 6 month maternity leave contract
This role is a critical part of our policy and advocacy work and provides a high level of support to our work with political stakeholders and in influencing social and political agendas impacting on children, young people and families.
Applicants will require:
- degree in public relations, public affairs, communication and/or journalism and three years experience in a similar role
- thorough knowledge of government structures and processes and interest or experience in government relations
