We are presently sourcing a candidate for a well-established and regarded valuations and asset management client who have been established for many years. With a specialist Plant & Machinery division, the opportunity presents itself to join this business due to sustained and managed commercial growth, which is a reflection of the workload scheduled in 2009 into 2010.

The range of valuations covers commercial & Industrial sectors for Insurance brokers, corporations, government departments, receivers & liquidators, property groups and financial institutions throughout Australia. In this senior level opportunity you will be responsible for Plant and Equipment valuations, taking responsibility for your own work, adding real value to this already successful operation. The work is extremely varied, allowing you to expand on your career horizons and diversify your valuations exposure.

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate progressive experience in plant & machinery valuations in the local Australian markets. Additionally you will have had exposure to the valuations of buildings for insurance purposes. You will be industry accredited and have great interpersonal and business building skills.
