Do you have extensive experience in the management of a diverse portfolio of assets? Our client based in Sydneys inner East, seeks to appoint a key member of the management team to assist in the growth of its property under management.

You will be a highly experienced Commercial, Retail and Industrial Property Manager with experience adding value to a portfolio of property on behalf of owners and investors. You will have extensive lease and lease management knowledge, in addition you will be up to date with all facets of OH&S legislation, general property compliance and the importance of critical dates.
Working in a team of some 12 people, you will report to the Managing Director and manage a small group of experienced property professionals. You will lead the business direction, strategy and deal with a wide range of both property occupiers investors. Your ability to give concise and detailed property advise to add value to the business, which in turn will grow the portfolio of managed property and allow for the wider group to expand on its array of property services.

Our client is seeking the very best individual to join this firm, you should be highly self motivated, hard working, thorough and driven to drive the business forwards. You will be from a property background, have a stable yet progressive career history with the ability to provide detailed references in support of your application.
