This is a new and exciting opportunity for a dedicated and professional Real Estate person.
As the New Business Property Manager you will be responsible for:
- Building the Rent Roll
- Obtaining New Managements
- Rental Appraisals
- Staff Management
You will ideally be an experienced Residential Property Manager with a proven track record in generating New Business. You will have an exceptional attitude, a desire to succeed and possess the ability to chase down any lead that comes your way.
