Managing a small rent roll of under 100 properties you day will be busy and varied as you attend to; periodic inspections, repairs & maintenance, arrears, tribunal and some new business.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least three years Property Management experience
- Hold a Certificate of Registration
- Be component in REST
- Have very strong attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- Have excellent communication skills
