A leading force in the facility services industry has a need for an exceptional Commercial Manager. Their client is a leading national organization with multiple sites under management across Australia and a respected approach to facilities management.

Working closely with the Account Manager your job will be to ensure the creation and delivery of a high value, service focused Asset-management model to the client. This will include contributing to the constant implementation of improved business process and practice to drive improved financial and business outcomes for both client organisations.  

To be considered for this career development role you should have minimum of 5 years experience in property-related roles, with a thorough understanding of lease-management and Facilities Management. You should also possess a passion for financial and operational efficiencies on the account.  Whilst managing the Asset management team and property service line, ensuring ????? ????? of contractual Key Performance Indicators.
