Our client is a highly regarded property owner and operator with a diverse range of highly rated property throughout Australia. Due to internal promotion, there is an opportunity for an experienced expert retail lease administration manager to join this dynamic & professional team.

You will have a number of years experience working for a property agent or owner managing all facets of Commercial or retail property. You will have accountability for lease renewals and documentation. In this role you will consistently address KPI's, Identify & assess risk and develop key internal and external relationships.
You will have an in-depth understanding of the retail leasing act and will have experience working for high-end, high-transaction retail property within a "project" or "redevelopment" phase of a property life-cycle. In this managerial role you will lead by example and help to develop those who work within the leasing team by best practice, displaying a commitment to high work ethics.

In addition to the above it is expected that you will be;

• Ideally qualified in the practice of law for property
• Able to demonstrate a structured and stable career history
• Organised, self motivated and keen to progress
• Able to provide relevant work related references
