    This is a crucial position in further developing and enhancing the mutual respect between the client and service provider and any interested individuals must display exemplary communication skills to be considered.

    On paper the role’s responsibilities cover total management of contracts and suppliers, health and safety, security, projects, repairs and maintenance and budgets. In reality there is more to the role than simply carrying these duties out well. The right individual will understand the culture of the client and become a seamlesss link between the employer and client.

    The post holder will be calm, professional and decisive under pressure and lead, manage, mentor and inspire both reporting staff and colleagues alike. The challenge is being accepted by a hard but fair client and the rewards are undertaking a fantastic management role with a highly respected client in a convenient Sydney location.
