This is a rare opportunity to join an  animal health manufacturer. As a result of recent success there has been a surge of internal promotions leaving 1 sales position open.

A candidate with relevant equine experience is required to fill a area managers role in a well organised company. The successful applicant will be responsible for the sales and managing a very successful territory in sydney and the Hunter region. The successful applicant will report to the National Sales and Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with one to three years' work experience in relevant markets or industries. Duties and responsibilities include being the first point of contact for Veterinarians, store owners and managers or if relevant the wholesalers who are reporting adverse events, along with data entry and collecting and following up all reports

         Promotion and sale of products.
         Follow up after sales to ensure high levels of support and customer satisfaction are generated & maintained
         Work with Marketing team to generate winning campaigns that achieve sales in the shortest possible time
         Sales administration, including developing and maintaining account profiles
         Attend trade shows and other educational commitments as required

Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory. Excellent written and oral communication skills and good management skills will be highly regarded. Experienced Equine Vet nurses with a minimum 5 years experience will be considered
