You will be joining a leading ASX listed company that has experienced significant growth and has a geographic footprint that crosses 3 continents. This company has a reputation for questioning industry norms, building its market share through innovative technologies and intelligent commercial management. 

 

Working with one of the leaders in their field this well known organisation has a need for an experienced Procurement/ Contracts Manager to join their team and develop/ drive procurement policies, process and continuous improvement of the buying functions throughout the group. 

More specifically you will be required to work with stakeholders, both internally and externally, in developing the key components of the procurement function, with regard to cost and performance ensuring that improvements and efficiencies are gained both internally and externally. 

To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering results and demonstrated experience in high level negotiations, contracts drafting and have been instrumental in driving procurement disciplines. 

 

Ideally you will have come from the oil & gas industry and have had contracts experience with offshore development.
