This is an interesting role with an independent that has multiple operating assets. The position offers a major commercial focus that will support key technical and corporate teams in the Australasian and south east asian regions. As Senior Petroleum Engineer you will be tasked with managing the review and evaluation of new business opportunities across all exploration and production activities, with the added responsibility of providing important technical and commercial advice to the corporate board. Technically, within a production context, you will evaluate reservoirs and development assets. Working very closely with committed teams across exploration, assets and finance you will produce work that is thorough, precise and consistent.

You will have been awarded a degree in reservoir and/or petroleum engineering ????? ????? had significant post-graduate experience with a major or supermajor prior to gaining some experience with an independent. Your technical skills will be complemented by a strong understanding of petroleum finance and economics (ideally you will added some commercial qualifications to your academic record) and you be excited at the prospect of working for a vibrant independent that will challenge you intellectually, a supportive work environment and provide you with fantastic professional scope.
