Interested in being part of the No. 1 Holiday Rental website in Australia? Smycareer.com.au is looking for a experienced outbound sales consultant with outstanding customer contact skills. A proactive individual who enjoys interaction with customers over the phone.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in setting up their holiday listings and following up leads for potential new accounts to Smycareer.com.au and promoting any new products that are released to the website.

This challenging position will expose you to a highly competitive business environment that demands excellent customer service. To secure this exciting position you should have a passion for handling customer enquiries and have experience in outbound sales as well as creating relationships with a variety of customers. Experience in online and travel will be a bonus.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service as well as be actively involved in outbound sales projects and improving the Customer Service experience of our clients. You will be based in Pyrmont and part of a small dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a thorough approach to work with a high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communications skills; you will be analytical with solid troubleshooting skills and a team player. You will be an efficient customer service operator, with experience in email and telephone customer service. Computer system proficiency is a must.
