You will engage, coach and develop editorial teams to improve and update the exisiting publications in line with customer needs.
The ability to lead your team to understand customer needs, product value propositions, competitive threats and market opportunities is paramount.
To be successful in this role you will have proven leadership skills, have worked in a matrix organisation and led teams to ensure content is current, accurate and in line with customer needs.
The ability to formulate, forecast, acheive and report on financial performance is important.
