Function Sales / Co-ordinator

QUAY RESTAURANT



We are looking for a full time, dedicated professional to become an integral part of our dynamic Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all enquiries for events in our function space called the Greenroom and
conversion of those enquiries into sales. Once booked you will deal directly with clients to organise all their function details
and be responsible for co-ordination internally between department heads, as well as externally, liaising with clients
and suppliers to ensure food, beverage and service are consistent with our standards.

You will possess strong time management, organisational skills, an eye for detail, a sense of urgency and excellence in
client service.
Experience in restaurant or hotel function sales is preferred.
Computer competency is required.
