To provide consulting support to various Accenture projects. Consultants help create client’s key strategic operational and business systems.
As a Management Consulting — Process & Innovation Performance Service Line Senior Manager your key responsibilities may include:
Managers will support delivery of client work and development of new client opportunities with both existing clients and new clients.
Opportunity Development
- Executive presence - ability to quickly understand business issues and formulate solutions
- Develop compelling business case/response to new business opportunities
- Bring Accenture's suite of offerings to meet our clients' long- and short-term needs
Shape and Deliver Strategy Program of Work
- Understand strategic and financial business drivers and frame potential solutions
- Utilize structured problem solving to develop hypothesis-driven work plans and approaches
- Apply financial techniques to derive analytically-driven business case scenarios, risks, and options
- Manage Accenture program financial performance and risks (i.e., contracting, project scoping, etc.)
Client Relationship Development and Management
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision makers across the client organization
- Facilitate employee and stakeholder engagement programs
- Build and manage strong client and Accenture teams
Practice Building
- Participate in practice building activities (e.g, conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, campus and experienced hire recruiting)
- Identify and begin developing expertise in specific practice specialty areas to drive firm recognized expertise development
- Provide coaching and mentoring to analysts, consultants and managers
Ability to travel up to 100% is required
You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant strategy consulting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services industries, working on strategic initiatives
- Expertise in one or more Strategy offerings including: Corporate Strategy, Organization Strategy and Growth & Innovation.
- A good knowledge of market players and dynamics/issues while having a point of view about the industry future, trends and success factors
Professional Skill Requirements
- Skilled in C-level communications with significant experience impacting clients (e.g. strong relationships, influence over direction) and value creation.
- Consulting sales and proposal development experience
- Demonstrated ability to guide and manage large-scale strategic business transformation
- Development of growth and/or business strategies with associated analyses
- Research, analysis and insight development
- Solution development
- Understanding of aspects of business management including financial analysis and strategic evaluation
- Excellent leadership skills
- Structured problem solving, including the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and business process redesign
- Structured/effective communication
- Project and program management
- Results orientation / self-directed - ability to drive change in unstructured environment
- Fluent English
