    Due to exciting growth and rapid expansion, we need an additional Receptionist, to commence as soon as possible.

    Key Tasks:

     

    • Answer the phone in such a way that callers feel welcomed, valued, and contented
    • Channel phone callers to the appropriate person
    • Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately
    • Meet the diverse range of real needs of students at reception
    • Process enquires in a pleasant and accommodating fashion
    • Convey messages to relevant people
    • Process child protection forms and protocols – parents & volunteers
    • Sort mail
    • Empty internal mail box at reception and distribute to staff
    • Issuance of security tags to non-staff entering ????? ?????

     

    Secretarial and Administrative tasks:

     

    • Maintain paper and electronic files and folders in a logical, up-to-date file system
    • Update families contact details or channel to Student Services
    • Handle & process confidential documents, as required
    • Archive relevant material
    • Receive, send, and distribute faxes/mail/mails, as required
    • Support staff in clerical, administrative, & organisational matters
    • Provide backup support for other office staff as appropriate

     

    Person Profile - Qualification and Experience

     

    Desirable

     

    • Previous experience in an administrative related role
    • Experience in the education industry

    • Able to communicate effectively with people of limited English
    • Extensive knowledge of The MEGA Group’s policies and procedures
