    This is not simply about creating tables and charts from data but devising the right questions – and crafting genuine insights that drive our clients’ business forward. You should be able to draw on a wide knowledge of creative research techniques, both quantitative and qualitative, to achieve this outcome. This is a ’big picture role’, but it still requires you to be very hands-on with data, clients and the wider communications planning team.

    You will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects, and will assist in the leadership of the entire research team. Developing the design of research proposals, methodology, data collection, analysis and reporting, coupled with both your excellent quantitative and qualitative research techniques, this is a prime opportunity to make your mark!

    The primary functions of this role will be to:

    • Work closely with clients and media strategists to design communications strategy plans
    • Oversee project management on an end to end scale and identify any potential problems in executing a project
    • Assist in monitoring ????? ????? projects and ensuring ????? ????? are cost effective
    • Manage team of quantitative researchers & qualitative researchers and act as the Project Director from research design to delivery of results and presentations
    • Responsible for developing the online quantitative & qualitative research tools and techniques
    • Design and implement training for junior researchers
    • Maintaining new and existing relationships with a portfolio of blue chip clients
    • Data analysis through a variety of tools
    • Contribute to any development of procedures
    • Client servicing - establishing and maintaining solid relationships with all clients

    Key Skills and Competencies required for this role include:

    • 3+ years industry experience is ideal
    • Extensive qualitative & quantitative research experience such as brand & advertising tracking, campaign evaluation, packaging concept testing, advertising testing, media touch points study, online & offline focus groups, online discussion boards, and ideation workshops
    • Experience with data processing and / or management software in SPSS essential
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Strong academic background
    • Confidence in all forms of project management
    • Flexible and creative thinker
