Market Research Account Director

  • Join one of the world’s largest and fastest growing Market Research Agencies! Our client, a dynamic research agency is seeking a highly skilled technically minded people manager.     Working directly with the Executive Director you will be responsible for conducting research with a high quality level of research methodology, strategic insight, and project management. You will be more than just the lynchpin in ensuring ????? ????? effectively managed, from client briefings, to proposal preparation, project set-up and design, analysis, reporting and presentations. You will work in a small team, which means you will be recognised and a valued team member.

    You will use both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and work with a range of local and international clients. You will be working on a variety of ad hoc and tracking tasks and demonstrate a high level of autonomy in undertaking designated tasks. Other requirements include:

    • Full responsibility for assigned clients
    • Working closely with new and existing clients in a way that instils confidence and ensures long term relationships
    • Preparing ????? ????? tenders
    • Cross pollinating skills across the organisation globally working on cross cultural studies and actively participating in leadership programs

    We require candidates who are professional, mature in attitude, lateral thinkers and team oriented who would be willing to travel interstate or regionally in servicing clients and conducting interviews. Skills and experience should include:

    • At least 5 years commercial experience on the research supplier side
    • Degree qualified in Psychology, Sociology, Business or related field
    • Demonstrated Quantitative research experience along with sharp analytical skills
    • Proven ability to communicate at all levels and inspire confidence in clients at even highest management levels
    • Excellent written and presentation skills
    • Superior Windows PC, Microsoft Office and SPSS skills
    • Passion for environment and social issues
    • Ability to organise and manage multiple client responsibilities and to envisage the big picture while delivering ????? ????? work
