Strategically Minded Qualitative Researcher needed for advanced marketing and social research agency. You will be responsible for driving qualitative research with a strong output focus. You will be inquisitive, imaginative, and innovative, and have tenacity for bringing insights to life. This role would suit someone can tailor a research brief and interpret and deliver insights so as the client make clear and actionable strategies to achieve their business goals.
You will manage relationships with research and marketing teams with blue chip clients across various sectors such as FMCG, telecommunications and technology, pharmaceutical, and finance. You will be experienced in providing strategic recommendations on a wide range of issues including: NPD, concept testing, market / brand positioning, brand usage and attitude testing, advertising development, product / advertising evaluation, and customer satisfaction studies.
Necessary skills and general requirements for the role include:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years research agency experience
- Solid qualitative project management skills
- Business & client relationship development skills
- Team player and able to deliver to company core values
- A high focus on producing quality output
- Strategic / opportunity focused thinker with a creative approach to problem solving and driving innovation
- A personable, presentable and proactive approach with strong communication skills
