Marketing Manager--Segmentation at Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA)

As the key member of the marketing team the main responsibililty of your role would be to assist in developing the Segmentation strategy for VHA and its brands, which will require you  to help define and drive a customer centric segmentation program through customer insights, planning, execution, and base management in order to determine profitable segments for further customer investment and deliver marketing activity. Through customer insight, segmentation, and trend watching - help the team uncover latent opportunities for volume, revenue, margin growth by segment. 
 
In order to be successful in this role you would have both customer and commercial orientation with demonstrated ability in strategic decision making and a minimum of 10 years marketing experience  A strong understanding of Segmentation is required  with significant previous experience in developing and driving strategies to shift from a product to segment orientated organisation.
 
Success in this role will be measured against achievement of company brand, segment, revenue, acquisition, customer delight, NPS and cultural goals.
