Communications Specialist - Channel Marketing - Wealth Management

  • We are urgently looking for a Communications Specialist to look after the regulatory communications within the Channel Marketing division of a Large Australian Bank based in the CBD.  
      
    Purpose of role:  
      
    •Develop and implement regulatory communications and system generated communications for all wealth management channels.  
    •Provide end to end communication support for clients  
    •Deliver external product, operational and business communications generally arising from Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance and Legal.  
    •Work closely with the Channel Marketing teams to provide communications writing support for large campaigns and initiatives.  
    •Deliver ad-hoc communications that support our internal divisions  
      
    Responsibilities:  
      
    •Production and rollout of regulatory communications – PDS reviews, Annual Financial Reports, forms, investor statement messages and inserts, distribution and income statements, tax guides and reports etc. and delivering ????? ????? support Channel campaigns and initiatives  
    •Close collaboration with all other areas in marketing particularly the rest of the Channel Marketing Team to define, brief and implement communications.  
    •Close collaboration with the relevant distribution and sales, Legal, Finance, Tax and Product teams to ensure optimum design of all communications.  
    •To ensure continuous improvement by identifying, documenting and refining processes used and applying project management disciplines to the work  
    •Assist in protecting the Group from liability through compliance an sign off procedures  
      
    You will need:  
      
    •Marketing communications experience across online, email, print, face to face and direct mail and an understanding of advertising, events and PR as well as a good understanding of the print process.  
    •A good understanding of the regulatory changes in the financial services industry as well as technical advice strategies, products and service.  
    •A good understanding of the financial services industry, wealth management and industry bodies.  
    •Good writing skills
