We are looking for a very well presented, highly motivated self starter with some retail/sales experience in a highly customer service focused environment.
Our client is a US bed and mattress brand with global representation. In Australia it has an exclusive agreement with a major national retailer. It is looking for a territory based sales and training person managing approximately 20 stores throughout New South Wales. It will be your accountability to ensure that each store team in your area is fully versed on the product range and how to sell the benefits. There is a hi-tec customer profiling system used in store that you would need to manage and train the team on. This is a high end luxury mattress and bed business so you should be a representation of a brand of that calibre. Your ultimate aim is to increase sales and as a result your own personal commission.
You will be joining a small team of highly motivated people who really believe in the brand and are excited about being a part of building its presence in Australia. The head office for the company is based in Melbourne so you would be expected to travel there approx every two to three months, you will also have regular conference calls with your counterparts and the states.
