Currently entering ????? ????? phase, this high profile FMCG giant is looking to hire a Packaging Procurement Category manager for the packaging to actively support the set up and development of a Strategic Procurement Transformation within Australia. This profitable global business is well established and has a management team that truley supports Procurement. This role will involve high level strategic input, contract management and strategic sourcing.

Experience, knowledge and skills:-
Extensive experience as a Strategic Procurement Manager / Category Manager with a focus on packaging.
Proven ability in Process Improvement and implementing procurement transformational strategies
Strong sourcing experience (local and international) with the ability to negotiate sizable contracts.
Highly experienced in supplier relationship management to include managing performance and dispute management.
Extensive reporting experience
Experience is using an ERP systems would be beneficial. .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
