Report directly to the Head of Procurement

Currently entering ????? ????? phase, this leader in the FMCG sector is looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to actively support the Head of Procurement in the set up and development of a Strategic Procurement Transformation within Australia. This profitable international business is well established and has a management team that truly supports Procurement. This role will involve day to day running of the purchasing function, assisting with the tendering ????? ????? ongoing contract and vendor management.

Experience, knowledge and skills:-
• Extensive experience in a Procurement/Purchasing position to include experience in Purchasing, Contract Management and Tenders.
• Proven ability in Process Improvement and implementing procurement transformational strategies
• Sourcing experience (local and international ideally)
• Highly experienced in supplier relationship management to include managing performance and dispute management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Extensive reporting experience
• Above average analytical skills with advanced excel skills and
• ERP systems experience would be beneficial.
