An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to work for this leading laundry services and cleaning company, based in Sydney. In this role the Operations Manager will have full day-to-day, hands on operational responsibility for the provision of laundry services.

Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to service quality, business and customer expectations. A strong Manufacturing Operations background would be highly regarded.

Key result areas are:

• Development and implementation of strategies to meet client service requirements and maintain a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach.
• Ensure guests to the site meet safety regulations and staff can act as an information source for Sydney attractions.
• Be responsible for the cost effective rostering of full time and casual staff levels.
• Ensure an accurate stock-take is undertaken on a quarterly basis along with management and maintenance of all equipment.
• Work with Managers to provide P&L statements and ensure the business is operated within budget parameters.
