As a result of ongoing growth they are now looking for an inspirational leader to transform the organisations supply chain and production service area.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations you will take responsibility for leading and developing a close knit and experienced supply chain and production services management team. You will be a highly motivated and future orientated supply chain leader with strong commercial acumen committed to maintaining the highest levels of customer service whilst continuously seeking to optimise supply chain and production performance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to work in a hands-on team based environment. You will demonstrate previous experience in the successful establishment of an operational excellence environment within a dynamic 24x7 manufacturing ????? ?????. Forensic and analytical by nature your success will have been gained through conducting detailed procedures analysis, process mapping and having a strong desire to change the mindset of “that’s the way it’s done around here”.
