FMCG and QSR customer base, this company is positioned to grow over the short to medium term.  Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity is now available for an experienced Manufacturing ????? ????? to join their team.

Based in north-west Sydney, this well-established manufacturing ????? ????? the latest in technology and manufacturing ????? ?????.  The role will be a rotating afternoon and night shift (Monday to Friday) managing a diverse team of 12 people.  The focus of the role is to meet production plans, ensuring ????? ????? environment is a healthy and safe one and optimising communication with the team so they understand their responsibilities and how they contribute to the company meeting its goals.  This company has an established Lean Manufacturing ????? ????? system in place.

You will be an experienced team leader in a similar environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging).  You can demonstrate initiative particularly in how you have made improvements in your previous roles.  Your ability to manage people, both in terms of reward and performance management, is strong.  Trade or Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage.
