Our client is a privately owned International Freight and Logistics company that offers their clients an enjoyable and total supply chain solution!!Currently they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a flair for Customer Service to come on board and make sure their largest clients get the specialised service they deserve!! 
 
Your Role -  

• Monitoring ????? ????? any & all service requirements for designated accounts
• Record information and requests from clients and action accordingly 
• Relay information to other departments/offices/branches
• Provide timely accurate feedback to the client
• Load orders
• Prepare status reports
• Manage any concerns
• Ensure your clients are the best cared for in Australia!!

Must Have -

• Previous Key account Management and Senior Customer Service experience within the Freight Forwarding and/or International Logistics industry
• Sound knowledge of import, export, warehouse operations
• Experience with Edi Enterprise
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proactive attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Enjoy building rapport with people on all levels
• A sound outlook on Process improvement and development!
