The successful candidate will ideally have a technical background and will have managed a medium sized heavy vehicle workshop in the past, incorporating parts inventory, purchasing and mechanical personnel. Candidates with a strong customer focus and commercial acumen will be highly regarded. An ability to lead and in depth knowledge of best practice in a modern heavy vehicle workshop or fleet environment will also be attributes of shortlisted candidates.
