This leading worldwide pharmaceutical company’s strategy of continuing with product development for the future has resulted in an enviable market position. They now require a Customer Service manager to own the Order Fulfilment process and mentor a small team to ensure efficient operation of the Customer Service function and to drive initiatives for efficiency and productive gains across the Australia & New Zealand operations. This is a hands on role with a strong emphasis on reporting and system process control and it is a key member of the supply chain management team. Major responsibilities include: 

• Operation of the Customer Service and Order Fulfilment functions to ensure a smooth operation of the 3PL warehouse.
• Order Entry and Release processes
• Driving operational order optimisation with all customers to reduce warehouse picking costs
• Ensuring efficient facilitation of the customer returns or claims process, which will involve liaison with the QA and other departments
• Rebates, daily order and sales reports, Stock Reconciliation Report resolution and SAP Pricing requirements.
• Ensure successful set up & functioning of EDI/POR facilities for wholesalers
