Order Fulfilment/Customer Service Team Leader, Supply Chain

Strong SAP SD experience required - North Ryde Location

This leading worldwide pharmaceutical company’s strategy of continuing with product development for the future has resulted in an enviable market position. They now require a Customer Service Team Lead to own the Order Fulfilment process and ensure efficient operation of the Customer Service function and to drive initiatives for efficiency and productive gains across the Australia & New Zealand operations. This is a hands on role with a strong emphasis on reporting and system process control and it is a key member of the supply chain team. Major responsibilities include:

Operation of the Customer Service and Order Fulfilment functions to ensure a smooth operation of the 3PL warehouse.

Order Entry and Release processes

Driving operational order optimisation with all customers to reduce warehouse picking costs

Ensuring ????? ????? of the customer returns or claims process, which will involve liaison with the QA and other departments

Rebates, daily order and sales reports, Stock Reconciliation Report resolution and SAP Pricing requirements.

Ensure successful set up & functioning of EDI/POR facilities for wholesalers

Ideal Background

2 years SAP SD experience & 4 years within Customer Service with exposure to Inventory Control.

Team Leadership experience

Suitable tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded such as supply management and/or business
