Customer Supply Coordinator

The Customer Supply Coordinator provides the pivotal link between Kellogg and our trading partners. Key responsibilities include: Customer Supply Coordination - Capture, review and process orders from customers (either by telephone, fax or EDI). Ensure that all orders are processed in accordance with trading partner agreements, terms and conditions.
- Purchase quantity & pricing.
- Delivery requirements, and freight utilisation.
- Purchase Order Acknowledgment (POA) as required.
- Capture, investigate, review and process any claims for price discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and in keeping with A/R timings.
Customer Service - Identify opportunities where Kellogg can deliver a more effective level of customer service and facilitate stronger customer relationships.
- Work with customer and sales/supply chain teams to make Kellogg's a "best practice" service provider without compromising efficiencies and costs.
- Establish effective relationships with key partner resources to fast-track decisions and obstacles.
- Liaise with warehouse & transport resources to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Co-ordinate timely introduction and ordering ????? ?????/relaunched/deleted products so as to achieve smooth transition & avoid OOS.
Inventory Management - Develop procedures to ensure inventory stocks are maintained at a level that is most cost effective for Kellogg and the customer.
- Co-ordinate and analyse OOS reports daily for all products.
- Review and coordinate public holiday lead times and ensure no OOS.
- Ensure OOS are reported to the customer daily and analysed with them for causes and to recommend action plans to address trends and common causes.
- Work with CMI contacts and/or re-buyers to minimise "out of stock" and "over stock" occurrences.
Information Systems & Data - Assist Kellogg and Customer resources to make informed business decisions by ensuring ????? ????? and reports are accurate, current and consistent. Continually review information and reporting data and requirements for relevance and identify areas/opportunities where more appropriate information exchange can be possible.
Strategic Planning - Explore future opportunities for continuous improvements to Customer Service. Review processes and procedures and develop new ideas and concepts to better facilitate the processing and delivery of shipments to meet promotional timetables and replenishment needs.
The successful applicant will possess the following: - Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve results without formal authority.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills with an understanding of basic numerical and financial principles.
- Self-motivation and requiring ????? ?????.
- High level MS Office skills.
- An understanding of inventory management principles and logistics and forecasting principles.
- Experience within FMCG and with SAP software will be an advantage.
