Our client is one of the leading tax practices in Sydney. This firm's tax lawyers advise clients across a range of industry sectors and provide excellent work flexibility.

They are currently seeking experienced Direct Tax Lawyers to join their expanding team.  The roles are primarily advisory/transactional based. The successful candidates will be exposed to a wide range of transactions, including structural finance, capital management and M&A transactions.

The successful candidates will have at between 3-6 years post qualification experience and good tax exposure from a BIG4 accounting firm or top-tier law firm. Strong academics are also essential.
