About the firm: Our client is a premier Australian commercial law firm which is noted for servicing an impressive local and international clientele on a number of transactions globally. Due to the firms continued success and growth, and despite the current economic downturn, our client has an excellent opportunity available for a Junior Lawyer who is ready to make a name for themselves and join a busy Sydney CBD practice.
About the role: In this role, the successful candidate will be working alongside a talented team of highly skilled professionals on a wide array of challenging, interesting and high quality commercial matters for a varied clientele. A large number of the matters which you will be involved with will be related to the transport legal sector; particularly the aviation sector. The successful candidate must have an interest in aviation law.
About you: In order to secure this role, the successful candidate will ideally possess:
- up to 2 years PQE from a well regarded commercial practice
- experience in aviation law and advantage but not essential
- a demonstrated interest in the aviation field
- exceptional communication and technical skills
- a commercial approach
- a sound academic record
- a proven team and autonomous approach; and
- client management skills
