Our client is a premier national law firm with offices across the country. Due to it's continued growth and success, the firm is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Property Senior Associate to join their thriving team based in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
This role will provide you with multiple opportunities to work on a broad spectrum of interesting and challenging generalist property law matters. The team which you will join is renowned for its expertise on a range of property services, including leasing of commercial, retail and industrial property, strategic advice, substantial and complex acquisitions and sales, environmental and planning law, property trusts, property finance arrangements, design and development construction services. You will also be required to mentor junior lawyers in your team and aid the partner with business development.
In order to secure this prestigious role, the successful candidate will ideally possess:
- At least 6 years experience in property law
- Exceptional communication and drafting skills
- Sound academics
- Leadership attributes
- A strong passion for property law; and
- A proven team approach
