Working closely and under the guidance of a well-respected Partner of the firm, the successful candidate be involved in a range of highly quality, interesting and varied commercial property matters for a varied clientele, including national and international public companies, property developers, hotel owners and managers, investment banks, construction companies, shopping centre owners and operators, property investment vehicles and commercial property owners

- Property development projects
- Hotels, resorts & tourism
- Joint ventures, and structured development agreements
- Investment property acquisitions and disposals
- Leasing
- Transaction structuring
- Management right agreements
- Banking and finance
In order to be considered for this great role, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 2 to 3 years PQE gained from a leading law firm; strong academics; excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
