Our client is a highly regarded, multi-award winning, commercial law firm which is based in the social hub of Sydney's CBD. Servicing a large clientele, predominately consisting of medium sized enterprises which operate both nationally and internationally, this firm has strong capabilities in the commercial and corporate law sphere.
At present, our client is currently undergoing a considerable growth and expansion phase, whereby they require a Senior IP / IT Lawyer at Partner level to join their dynamic and progressive practice.
Heading the firms intellectual property practice, you will play a pivotal role in continuing the growth and success of this practice. Leading a bright group of talented and top-tier trained professionals, this role will see you involved in all areas of patents, trademarks, copyright, content licensing, content classification, moral rights and commercialisation issues for a diverse and varied clientele.
The successful candidate will be an experienced IP / IT Partner who has a portable practice and ideally at least 8 years PQE. Ideally our client is seeking candidates who possess an excellent academic record, exceptional communication, drafting and organisational abilities, as well as sound client building and management techniques. Your impressive experience gained from a leading practice will see you go far with this role.
