As a member of our dedicated legal team, you will support the Group General Counsel in all legal matters with particular emphasis on compliance in our funds management business. Reporting to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, it will be your responsibility to implement and deliver all legal components relating to significant corporate transactions.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an influential legal role outside the confines of a law firm. To join us, you will be required to possess a Law degree and a practising certificate, coupled with demonstrable experience prioritising and managing multiple stakeholders. Significant experience providing legal counsel in a top tier law firm is preferred.
