This leading financial services business has a new role for an experienced and ambitious wealth management lawyer with a commercial outlook. You will handle a range of work relating to Superannuation and other Wealth Management products including advice on product disclosure, Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act, Superannuation Complaints, regulatory/licensing issues and broader commercial matters. You will work within a large collegiate team with excellent support and chances of progression.
The succesful candidate will have around 5 to 7 yrs pae in super and/or wealth management at a major firm or recognised financial institution. You will have the ability to work effectively with team members and internal clients at all levels. You will also have strong project management skills and the ability to analyse and solve complex problems in a pragmatic, commercial way.
