Selected matters that you may be involved in include acting on: Insolvent trading actions, defence of Directors / shareholders actions, liquidation claims, general commercial litigation across various industries.
This is a perfect opportunity for a senior litigator who is looking to step into a practice where they will have significant responsibility of day to day issues, will be involved in staff training and development of junior lawyers and will over time be able to take on more and more client responsibility.
