Our client is a leading mid tier law firm with offices across the country. Due to continuous success and growth, the firm is currently seeking to recruit a bright and dynamic senior insolvency lawyer ideally at three to four years to join its successful Sydney practice.
This is a great opportunity to gain access to varied interesting, challenging and stimulating technical work. In this role you will be working with high profile Partners in an expert insolvency team, and will be involved in a good mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including servicing the following matters:
- Banking recovery
- Security enforcement
- Company workouts, and
- Insolvent administrations and bankruptcies
- restructures and advisory work
Our client is looking for candidates who possess at least three to four years of post qualification experience, solid industry knowledge, a good academic record, strong technical skills and a team approach.
