State Comp Lawyer with 5 years PQE: Working on common law and state compensation files, you will possess excellent workers compensation and general insurance experience coupled with the ability to run large volume of files in a busy environment.
State Comp and/or Dust Diseases Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE: Your broad experience in dust diseases and personal injury coupled with common law and state compensation experience will secure you this interesting role.
Excellent writing and strong drafting skills, good general understanding of tort law, organisational ability, exceptional attention to detail and positive team spirit are a MUST for both roles as is a solid background in state compensation files!
