About the role: This specialist firm is currently looking for a Commercial Litigator with 2-4 years post qualification experience to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. You will gain valuable experience working with the experienced partners of this leading team of highly regarded professionals. You will advise to clients in a range of industries and be responsible for a range of general commercial litigation matters including:
- Commercial Disputes
- Directors' liability issues
- Broad range of insurance litigation
- Insolvency and restructuring
- Banking and finance litigation
- Partnership disputes
About you: The successful candidate will be a talented and technically savvy lawyer with between 2 to 4 years general commercial litigation experience. You will posses excellent communication skills, solid academics and commercial acumen.
